Move resale stock from a South Korean supplier to a named Saudi business receiver. ShipaX reviews the actual goods, supplier handover, Korean export arrangements, Saudi importer and product requirements before proposing an itemised route scope where available.
Route Inputs
Provide the physical stock address, city or province and postal code; supplier contact and ready date; finished SKUs, values, packed weights and dimensions; and proposed exporter. Confirm where the goods are held rather than relying on the supplier’s registered address.
Name the importing business, customs broker, proposed entry point and final receiving address. Confirm who handles product registrations, conformity documents and any required permits. Provide marketplace references if facility delivery is requested.
South Korea Handover
Collection and receiving are considered only where the actual South Korean address, products, package size and operating arrangement can be supported. Confirm the physical stock location and supplier release instructions before arranging dispatch.
Share the full collection address, city or province, postal code, loading hours, supplier contact, ready date and packed weights and dimensions.
Use only the receiving address, booking reference and delivery instructions issued for the confirmed shipment.
Confirm each supplier’s stock location and arrival date, then check receiving capability, cutoffs, storage, consolidation and fees.
The quote identifies where the contracted movement begins, who arranges the South Korean domestic leg and which collection or receiving charges are included.
Product Eligibility
Review models, materials, batteries, packing and applicable Saudi conformity requirements.
Share ingredients, labels and claims, and confirm applicable SFDA registration and clearance requirements.
Confirm Saudi product classification, formulation, claims, shelf life and applicable SFDA requirements before dispatch.
Perfumes, some essential oils and battery products need classification review.
Export and Import Paperwork
Identify the South Korean exporter, the party filing the export declaration, the Saudi importer and the customs broker before supplier release. Confirm product classification, invoice and packing data, and any required export approvals. Agree who submits the declaration through Korea Customs Service’s UNI-PASS system, resolves customs queries and supplies the accepted declaration details. Assign responsibility for Saudi declarations and product approvals before dispatch.
Itemised Shipping Scope

| Saudi Import | Broker, duty, VAT, applicable product approvals and responsible payer. |
| Delivery | Exact Saudi endpoint, receiving appointment, unloading and exceptions. |
From Supplier to Receiver
Availability, packing, invoice and release date.
South Korean postal code, domestic movement, receiving hours and booking cutoff.
Export declaration acceptance, any approvals, customs inspection where required and carrier acceptance.
Confirmed mode, departure, routing, Saudi entry point and any island connection or transfer handling.
Importer readiness, declaration and any inspection.
Saudi city, delivery address, unloading arrangements and facility booking.
Collection must be checked for the actual address, goods, packed size and operating partner. Provide the city or province, postal code, supplier contact and loading details so the quote can identify a supported handover point and any collection conditions.
Use a receiving address only when it is issued in writing for the accepted booking. Confirm delivery references, receiving hours, accepted goods and any intake or storage charges before dispatch.
The shipment needs a lawful Saudi import and customs-declaration arrangement for the actual products. Identify the importing business, customs broker and party responsible for any registrations or permits. ShipaX is not the importer of record by default.
The booking must identify the exporter and the party filing the declaration, such as an appointed customs broker. Agree responsibility for the UNI-PASS submission, supporting documents, any required approvals, customs queries and accepted declaration details.
Only when the itemised proposal expressly includes them. It should identify the responsible payer and distinguish transport, brokerage, duties, taxes and any product-compliance charges.
Submit the exact formulation, labels, claims, quantities and safety data where relevant. Confirm Saudi product classification and applicable SFDA or conformity requirements separately from carrier acceptance. Eligibility must be reviewed before supplier release.
Provide the Saudi seller programme, assigned facility, labels, shipping-plan references and receiving rules. Confirm the importer separately. Direct delivery, preparation and appointment booking must be explicitly included in the agreed service.
The estimate depends on supplier readiness, handover in South Korea, export processing, booked transport, Saudi import preparation, customs clearance and the final receiving appointment. Ask for an estimate covering the agreed start and end points.
