How It Fits

Where Shipax Fits in Your Order Model

How It Fits

The shipment we review happens before you fulfil customer orders. Tell us where your supplier holds the goods, how much stock is ready and which business location should receive it.

Compare Dropshipping and Stock Importing →

1- Buy and Prepare Stock

You and your supplier choose goods and provide accurate product and commercial information.

2- Move Stock Across the Border

Shipax proposes a shipment-specific service, subject to product and route review.

3- Receive and Hold Inventory

Your business or appointed provider receives the goods at the agreed endpoint.

4- Fulfil Buyer Orders Separately

Your own arrangement handles pick, pack, customer delivery and returns.

Who This Is For

Import Stock for the Channel You Sell Through

What matters for Shipax is where the stock will be received before your customer orders are fulfilled.

Prepare Your Enquiry

Plan the Stock Import Before You Promise Delivery

Allow for supplier preparation, product review, transport, import processing and local receiving before treating inventory as ready for customer orders. An import quote is not an order-level delivery promise.

  • Exact products, SKUs, quantity and packed cartons or pallets
  • Supplier country, city and proposed handover method
  • Destination country, importer and full business receiving point
  • Ingredients, batteries, liquids or documents needing review
  • Target date for stock to be available at your local fulfilment point

Costs

Stock Import Costs Versus Order Costs

A stock import is quoted for the shipment, not for each future customer order. Compare the landed cost per sellable unit with the local fulfilment costs you will pay after the stock arrives. The proposal should identify which charges are included, estimated or separate.

The Process

From Supplier Stock to a Local Receiving Point

  • 1- Describe the Stock: Share goods, supplier and business receiving location.
  • 2- Review the Route: Provide product details and relevant documents.
  • 3- Agree the Scope: Confirm importer, handover, endpoint and costs.
  • 4- Book the Shipment: Move goods under the accepted service terms.
  • 5- Fulfil Orders Separately: Your local arrangement serves individual buyers.

Bring Stock Closer to the Customers You Serve

Share your supplier country, products, approximate shipment size and business receiving location. We will review whether Shipax can quote the stock import.

Questions about Seller-Fulfilled Stock Imports

Can Shipax send each Amazon or noon order directly from my overseas supplier to the buyer?

No. Shipax's current offer on this page is cross-border stock import to an agreed business receiving point. Individual customer-order delivery is outside this service. Read About Supported Delivery Types.

Can I import stock to a third-party fulfilment provider?

Tell us the provider's address, importer arrangement, receiving instructions and the goods being shipped. We will review whether that endpoint can be included in the proposed route and service. The provider's storage and order-fulfilment tasks require its own agreement unless expressly quoted by Shipax.

Is this the same as sending stock to Amazon FBA or a noon warehouse?

No. Those marketplace inventory programmes have their own receiving requirements and assigned endpoints. See Amazon FBA Shipping or Shipping for noon Sellers if that is where your stock is going.

Who handles buyer delivery and returns?

You, your marketplace programme or your separately appointed fulfilment provider handle individual orders and buyer returns under the arrangements you use. The Shipax quote identifies only the services expressly included in the stock import.

Can you review beauty products, supplements or items with batteries?

Yes, you can submit the exact product for review. Ingredients, claims, battery specifications, packaging, destination rules and available transport options may affect eligibility. An enquiry does not approve the goods.
