Move resale stock from a supplier in Spain to a named Saudi business receiver. ShipaX reviews the actual goods, dispatch territory, supplier handover, export arrangements and Saudi import requirements before proposing an itemised route scope where available.
Route Inputs
Provide the physical stock address, province and postal code. Confirm whether the goods are on mainland Spain, in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, or outside Spain. Include the supplier contact, ready date, finished SKUs, values, packed weights and dimensions, and proposed exporter.
Name the importing business, customs broker, proposed entry point and final receiving address. Confirm who handles product registrations, conformity documents and any required permits. Provide marketplace references if facility delivery is requested.
Spain Handover
Collection and receiving are considered only where the actual Spanish address, dispatch territory, products, package size and operating arrangement can be supported. Confirm the physical stock location and supplier release instructions before arranging dispatch.
Share the full collection address, postal code, loading hours, supplier contact, ready date and packed weights and dimensions.
Use only the receiving address, booking reference and delivery instructions issued for the confirmed shipment.
Confirm each supplier’s stock location and arrival date, then check receiving capability, cutoffs, storage, consolidation and fees.
The quote identifies where the contracted movement begins, who arranges each domestic or inter-island leg where relevant, and which collection or receiving charges are included.
Product Eligibility
Review models, materials, batteries, packing and applicable Saudi conformity requirements.
Share ingredients, labels and claims, and confirm applicable SFDA registration and clearance requirements.
Confirm Saudi product classification, formulation, claims, shelf life and applicable SFDA requirements before dispatch.
Perfumes, some essential oils and battery products need classification review.
Export and Import Paperwork
Identify the exporter, appointed customs representative, Saudi importer and customs broker before supplier release. Confirm the dispatch territory, relevant EORI and NIF details, commodity codes, customs procedure and any required licences. Where applicable, arrange filing through Spain’s AES P1 system and confirm the declaration references and evidence of exit. Assign responsibility for Saudi declarations and product approvals before dispatch.

Share the supplier’s stock address, postal code and dispatch territory, finished SKUs, packed quantity, weights and dimensions, Saudi importer and final receiver. We’ll review the goods, import requirements and route before proposing an itemised scope where available.
Collection must be checked for the actual address, dispatch territory, goods, packed size and operating partner. State whether the stock is on mainland Spain, in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. Coverage and customs arrangements must be confirmed for that location.
Use a receiving address only when it is issued in writing for the accepted booking. Confirm delivery references, receiving hours, accepted goods and any intake or storage charges before dispatch.
The shipment needs a lawful Saudi import and customs-declaration arrangement for the actual products. Identify the importing business, customs broker and party responsible for any registrations or permits. ShipaX is not the importer of record by default.
The booking must identify the exporter, declarant and any appointed customs representative. Where applicable, declarations are submitted through AEAT’s AES P1 system. The responsible party must confirm EORI and NIF requirements, declaration references and exit evidence for the actual dispatch territory and procedure.
Only when the itemised proposal expressly includes them. It should identify the responsible payer and distinguish transport, brokerage, duties, taxes and any product-compliance charges.
Submit the exact formulation, labels, claims, quantities and safety data where relevant. Confirm Saudi product classification and applicable SFDA or conformity requirements separately from carrier acceptance. Eligibility must be reviewed before supplier release.
Provide the Saudi seller programme, assigned facility, labels, shipping-plan references and receiving rules. Confirm the importer separately. Direct delivery, preparation and appointment booking must be explicitly included in the agreed service.
The estimate depends on supplier readiness, dispatch territory, handover in Spain, export processing, booked transport, Saudi import preparation, customs clearance and the final receiving appointment. Any island connection or additional transfer should be included in the estimate.
