Move resale stock from a UK supplier to a named UAE business receiver. ShipaX reviews the actual goods, supplier handover, export arrangements, importer and final endpoint before proposing an itemised route scope where available.
Route Inputs
Provide the physical stock address and postcode, and confirm whether the goods are in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Include the supplier contact, ready date, finished SKUs, values, packed weights and dimensions, and proposed exporter.
Name the importing business, emirate, clearance arrangement and final receiving point. Provide marketplace references and receiving instructions if delivery to an Amazon or noon facility is requested.
UK Handover
Collection and receiving are considered only where the actual UK address, territory, products, package size and operating arrangement can be supported. Confirm the stock location before arranging supplier dispatch.
Share the full collection address, postcode, loading hours, supplier contact, ready date and packed weights and dimensions.
Use only the receiving address, booking reference and delivery instructions issued for the confirmed shipment.
Confirm each supplier’s location and arrival date, then check receiving capability, cutoffs, storage, consolidation and fees.
The quote identifies where the contracted movement begins, who arranges the UK domestic leg and which handover charges are included.
Product Eligibility
Perfumes, some essential oils and battery products need classification review.
Export and Import Paperwork
Identify the UK exporter, the party handling the export declaration and the UAE importer before supplier release. Confirm the applicable EORI, commodity codes, declaration procedure and any licences for the actual dispatch location. UAE declarations and product permissions depend on the goods, emirate and customs procedure.
Itemised Shipping Scope
| Line Item | What to Confirm |
|---|---|
| UK Handover | Supplier dispatch or supported collection from the confirmed address. |
| Receiving | Booking references, intake, storage or consolidation, if offered. |
| UK Export | Exporter, applicable EORI, declaration responsibility, agent fees and any licences. |
| Transport | Mode, carrier, routing and chargeable-weight or volume basis. |
| UAE Import | Broker, duty, VAT, product approvals and responsible payer. |
| Delivery | Exact endpoint, receiving appointment, unloading and exceptions. |
From Supplier to Receiver
Availability, packing, invoice and release date.
UK postcode and territory, domestic movement, receiving hours and booking cutoff.
Classification, EEI if required and carrier acceptance.
Mode, capacity, routing and transfer handling.
Importer readiness, declaration and any inspection.
Emirate, address, unloading and facility booking.
Collection must be checked for the actual postcode, UK territory, goods, packed size and operating partner. Provide the physical stock address so the quote can identify a supported handover point.
Use a receiving address only when it is issued in writing for the accepted booking. Confirm delivery references, receiving hours, accepted goods and any intake or storage charges before dispatch.
The lawful UAE import and customs-declaration arrangement must be identified. ShipaX is not the importer of record by default; any separate service must be explicitly contracted.
The booking must identify the exporter and the party making the declaration. GOV.UK specifies a GB EORI for exports from England, Scotland or Wales; movements involving Northern Ireland may need an XI EORI. The responsible exporter or customs representative must confirm the requirements for the actual shipment.
Only if the itemised proposal expressly says so. It should state the importer, customs-value basis, charges and responsible payer.
Submit the exact formulation, labels, claims, quantities and SDS where relevant. Transport acceptance and UAE commercial-import eligibility require separate checks.
Provide the seller programme, assigned facility, labels, shipping-plan references and receiving rules. Direct delivery, preparation and appointment booking need explicit confirmation.
The estimate depends on supplier readiness, UK collection or receiving, export clearance, booked transport, UAE import processing and the final receiving appointment. Ask for an estimate that identifies its start point, endpoint and dependencies.
