1- Destination and Importer
Identify the commercial importer and receiver for the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Australia. Product rules and documents depend on where the goods will enter.
2- Products and Handling
Provide exact SKUs, composition and any liquids, batteries or other transport-sensitive characteristics. A category name alone cannot establish acceptance.
3- Supplier and Documents
Confirm the supplier handover, commercial invoice, packing list and product records that may be needed for the intended move.
4- Delivery and Receiving
Tell us whether stock goes to a shop, warehouse, prep facility, fulfilment centre or customer, with the receiving instructions you have.
